Confirmation, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policies

Confirmation


Successful Payment will be confirmed immediately by email with all order information email and delivery details.


Delivery


  • Order will be delivered to customer within the time slot chosen during payment confirmation process.
  • Delivery will be free of charge if the order is 100 AED or more.
  • 5 AED will be charged for delivery of orders less than 100 AED.
  • We use Dubai approved refrigerated trucks to maintain the quality and integrity of your products. To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze perishable items. Frozen items must immediately be placed in a freezer.
  • To receive delivery, you must live in Dubai and you or an authorized representative must be present to receive your order from our delivery personnel during your selected delivery window. The authorized representative can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. If you, your doorman, and your authorized representative are not present during your selected delivery window, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery (a 10 AED redelivery fee may apply) for the same day. In such case, if we are unable to redeliver the order to you for any reason, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee as described below. 


Refund


You will be eligible for a refund if you have not received your order. 

In case of undelivered order due to compulsory reason, you will receive same items in the following day. For any other reason; 100 % of the payment will be refunded to the same card used by customer within 30 days.

 

Cancellation


Customer can cancel this order by replying to confirmation email with a cancellation request. 


  • 100 % of total payment will be refunded to the same card used by customer if the cancellation is 6 hrs or more before the delivery time slot chosen
  • 50 % of total payment will be refunded to customer if the cancellation is done between 6 to 2 hrs before the delivery time slot.
  • No cancellation is eligible before 2 hrs or less from the delivery time slot chosen.
